BUYER`S GUIDE

STEP 1: PROPERTY BRIEFING

Holiday Homes Property Consultant will provide information to the interested Buyer about the house model he/she prefers. The property briefing will include an overview of the Holiday Homes project, amenities, and financing schemes and terms of payments.

STEP 2: PROPERTY VISIT

Holiday Homes Property Consultant will arrange an actual site visit to the property with the Buyer for a better view of the house model, amenities and facilities, landmark areas, and other nearby places.

STEP 3: RESERVATION OF PROPERTY

Once the Buyer has chosen the desired house model, Holiday Homes Property Consultant will give him/her the Reservation Form that he/she needs to fill-out. The Buyer will specify the chosen location model and orientation from the authorized personnel of Holiday Homes, including the sales offer and the documentary requirements for submission.

STEP 4: PROPERTY ORIENTATION

Holiday Homes Sales team will conduct the orientation, which includes the sales policies and guidelines of the Holiday Homes Inc., and detailed discussion of the terms of payments, the process of housing loan applications.

Buyers should participate in this orientation before Holiday Homes Sales team accepts the reservation fee.

STEP 5: SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

The Buyer is responsible for completing the required forms after the orientation and securing of those copies. Holiday Homes gives the Buyer 30 days to complete the necessary documents upon reservation for the processing of the purchase.

The requirements and payment schemes may vary based on the employment status of the Buyer (e.g., Self-employed, Employed locally, or an OFW).

If the requirements, the processing of the purchase, and the conditions are met, the Holiday Homes will reserve the property under the Buyer’s name.

STEP 6: TURN-OVER THE PROPERTY

Upon the approval of the housing loan from the financing institution or the required down payment is settled if it is under in-house financing, the Holiday Homes will deliver the house model to the Buyer based on the date specified in the Reservation Agreement.

Before the move-in, Holiday Homes will conduct a final inspection of the house model for turn-over and make sure that all the requirements and conditions are met.
